  • Our PEF Advantage Pipe system operates without the need for a full-time operator.

  • To ensure proper system calibration, optimal performance, and mechanical health, we recommend a monthly PPM, which takes just an hour. Additionally, our Elea service team offers an annual inspection for added assurance.

  • We have ensured that all parts of the PEF Advantage Pipe system in contact with the product are food-grade. Crafted from stainless steel or CE- and FDA-listed plastics, we provide certification with the documentation for each system.

  • In addition to being grit polished during production and after welding, all metal components of the PEF Advantage Pipe system are crafted from stainless steel 1.4301 or higher.

  • We can access the system remotely from our office to assist with any issues. Additionally, we've enabled data downloads, integration with any factory SCADA system, and remote control of the PLC, allowing you to operate it as if you were in the same room.

  • It’s very simple. To make things even easier, our electronic components require no setup beyond just plugging them in. Additionally, we’ve designed our PEF Advantage Pipe machines to ensure that part replacement is quick and straightforward.
