Sales & Marketing – Expanding Our Reach

In our Sales & Marketing team, you’ll play a key role in attracting new customers and strengthening relationships with existing ones. You’ll also coordinate customer visits and manage our network of agents.

Your work will help to create targeted campaigns, boost profitability, and explore new market opportunities for both current and future PEF applications. You’ll work closely with our other departments and plan internal workshops and our attendance at fairs for connecting with new clients and partners.

Research & Development – Innovating and Customising Solutions

As part of our R&D team, you’ll collaborate directly with clients to develop tailor-made solutions. Your role includes research, application service, and customising PEF technology to meet specific needs.

You’ll also take part in exciting electroporation research projects and share your expertise at industry trade fairs. Twice a year, we offer students the opportunity to write their bachelor’s or master’s thesis on an R&D topic with us.

Engineering – PEF Systems in Focus

Our Engineering team handles the installation, service, and maintenance of our PEF systems. As a service technician, you’ll travel the world, working directly with customers in their factories. You’ll also play a key role in further developing and customising our machines to meet specific client needs.

Administration – Keeping Everything Running Smoothly

The Administration team is the backbone of Elea, ensuring everything runs like clockwork. From organising travel and shipments to managing essential day-to-day operations, your support keeps all departments working efficiently.

Finance – Managing the Numbers That Matter

In Finance, you’ll be at the core of our business operations. Your responsibilities include processing quotes and invoices, preparing financial statements, and ensuring compliance with legal requirements. You’ll also help with financial reporting, budgeting, and providing key insights to support management decisions.
