Raising the Roof: Elea’s New Headquarters Takes Shape
05. November 2024 — Exciting times ahead! In April 2025, Elea will move into its new headquarter and PEF test centre in Quakenbrück, which is only a few hundred meters away from the previous location. The cutting-edge facility will feature state-of-the-art pilot halls and labs, a meeting and seminar area, a systems showroom, and a parts warehouse.
Celebrating the ”Richtfest”
Last week, we hit a major milestone: the roof was completed! In true German tradition, we marked the occasion with a festive “Richtfest” (topping-out ceremony), celebrating the progress of our new headquarter. For that we not just had one, but two beautifully crafted “Richtkronen” (topping-out crowns), thanks to our valued partners at DIL Engineering GmbH.
Marking Progress and Looking Ahead
Elea’s Managing Director, Stefan Toepfl, and Michael Buergel, Mayor of the Joint Municipality Artland, welcomed 75 guests to the event. They reflected on Elea’s journey to becoming a global leader in PEF technology and shared an exciting vision for the future. We are grateful to the team of architects and structural engineers around the Architecture office of Andreas Küpker and all the local building companies and craftsmen involved, without whom the quick construction of the new building would not have been possible!
