Meike Holtmann (CR3 coffee/ANKA) – Showcased how PEF improves coffee decaffeination, helping maintain flavour and quality.
Gerd Hilpmann (Puevit/Algenwerk) – Explained how PEF supports algae growth (such as Scenedesmus and Spirulina) and enhances the extraction of valuable compounds for food and cosmetic applications.
Alica Lammerskitten (FRUDIST) – Discussed how PEF enhances freeze-dried products, preserving their colour, flavour, and structural integrity.
