Introducing PiCon: The Future of Inline Quality Control
At our booth, we were thrilled to share insights into our latest innovation, the PiCon project, offering visitors an in-depth look at how it further advances our mission to revolutionize the industry. We are developing an inline process for quality control during PEF treatment. Acoustic signals are recorded and analyzed during the potato cutting process – a modular device that can be easily integrated into existing cutting systems evaluates the noises using artificial intelligence.
